A fish should be judged by its ability to swim and not to fly. Similarly all children should be allowed a platform where they can focus on their strengths and pursue them.

Working in a school environment made me realise the importance of proper career guidance for young people. Young minds need to be guided and steered in the correct direction with the goal of achieving fulfillment in life.
